About a year and a half after its establishment, Real-Sol was already coordinating projects with a total of 800 apartments developed in partnership with Israeli, Swiss and Austrian investors. The cumulative investments for these developments amount to 80–90 million euros.

GViTown – 180 apartments
A project developed together with the Israeli group Gindi, designed to bring modern homes, oriented towards comfort and efficiency, to the market.
Transformation of the former Dunărea Hotel
Another project in the works is the reconversion of the former Dunărea Hotel in the Gari de Nord area into a residential building with 40 apartments, an investment estimated at 5 million euros.
Developments in Iancu Nicolae, Brașov and Piatra Neamț
Real-Sol is collaborating with Austrian and Swiss investors to build 90 apartments in the Iancu Nicolae area, projects that follow the high standards of the area.
In parallel, two residential projects are being developed in Brașov (100 apartments) and Piatra Neamț (80 apartments).
