The developer of Romanescu Park Residence is CPM Building Project SRL, a Romanian company, owned by CPM Israel. The parent company has 30 years of experience in the real estate field and is active in Israel, but also in Eastern Europe. At the same time, the company has extensive experience in developing residential and office projects. On Monday evening, the sale of 50% of the first phase of the Romanescu Park Residence project was announced and the start of the authorization procedure for the second phase of the housing.
“This is the first time that a real estate developer from Craiova comes to hold such an event for its clients, for the community. I think it is very important to have communication and to create the idea of community. That’s how we feel that they care,” says Mădălina Tudor, who chose to buy an apartment in the Romanescu Park Residence complex.
