His experience stands out in construction activities in countries such as Poland, Romania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Moldova and Hungary as a service provider or management positions in listed entities.

Elroy Knebel is a lawyer and certified public accountant. He has over 20 years of experience working in Poland, mainly in local real estate projects but also for foreign investors. Elroy is an expert in real estate transactions, including sale and purchase, zoning and financial planning. Elroy is the president of the Polish-Israeli Council of the Chamber of Commerce and has strong business connections in the real estate market such as builders, real estate brokers, marketing, valuation and banks.

Stefan contributes to the strategic development of the company and Real Sol projects, with an active role in structuring business directions, organizing internal processes and expanding the partner network. His involvement aims at both the positioning and coherence of projects, as well as the identification of collaborators, investors and opportunities that support the sustainable growth of the company.

Dana coordinates Real Sol's finance function, playing a central role in corporate finance, financial planning and control. Her work supports the structuring of investment decisions, the analysis of project performance and the substantiation of the company's development directions, contributing to sustainable turnover growth and strengthening financial stability.

Anca coordinates Real Sol's marketing and communication strategy, playing an active role in defining the company's project positioning and brand direction. Her work includes market analysis and applied research, used to substantiate strategic decisions, align communication with business objectives and support the project development process.
